As many of you may know, in the wake of the devastating earthquake that struck Haiti in January, the company from which we purchase our sun ovens--Sun Ovens International--partnered with the Friends of Haiti Organization to send sun ovens paired with cooking pots and water purification indicators to people in need in Haiti. We are gratified that the generous donations of our friends in Klamath Falls enabled us to send FIVE SUN OVEN SETS to people in Haiti who desperately need ways to cook food that do not require power or the cutting down of trees.
